You have received your Carin set. Yay! Get started by downloading the Carin Pelvic Floor App from the Android or iOS app store. Once downloaded, unlock your access to the app by introducing your personal Carin Mini code or syncing via Bluetooth with your Carin Pro set.
Next step, attach Carin Mini to your underwear. To do this, remove a sticker from the sticker sheet.
Holding Carin Mini, place the sticker on sensor aligning the two circles.
Remove the paper protection layer from the sticker.
Attach the sensor to the exterior of your underwear (in the expected wet area). Do not place on the skin.
